Course Description:
Hello and welcome to Procurement and Supply Chain Management For Construction Projects online course.
This course is all about what is procurement and how to manage it which is a very important part in project success.
The course is structured in a way that will take you from A to Z on how to practice procurement including the different types of contracts to be used and what is the difference between contract and purchase order and when to use each of them.
